Terms of Service

By accessing and using the Nasiro.li website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Nasiro.li's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Nasiro.li provides digital design and development services including but not limited to:

• Brand strategy and design
• Website development
• eCommerce solutions
• Digital marketing
• Consulting services

Service terms, deliverables, and pricing will be outlined in separate project agreements.

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Invoices are due within 30 days of issue
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Work may be suspended for overdue accounts

Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables created specifically for their project. However:

• Nasiro.li retains rights to any pre-existing intellectual property
• We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio
• Any third-party licenses or assets remain subject to their original terms

In no event shall Nasiro.li or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Nasiro.li's website, even if Nasiro.li or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the website and services.

Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. Upon termination:

• Payment for work completed is due immediately
• Client materials will be returned or destroyed as requested
• Confidentiality obligations continue to apply

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
